As a native of Philadelphia and the surrounding community, I admire each unique corner of the landscape. I specialize in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes.
I am a current resident of Montgomery County where I live with my beautiful wife of 11 years and our 3 children.
The area offers so much to me, and my family and I find joy in giving back through exceptional service and quality as a realtor.
My focus is ensuring that my clients are educated and have a positive experience when purchasing a home. Communication and transparency are key in that endeavor, and I strive to meet that goal.
During my spare time, I can be found in the gym trying to stay in shape so that I can keep up with the family. I also continue to make sure that I take my wife out regularly and spend time with my children.

Buyer reviewDuring the purchase of my home there was no task too big or small for Larry. Call any time with any question and he explained everything to me barney style so I would understand. For a first time buyer some of the lingo can be confusing so that was a huge plus. He kept me and the Mrs in the loop which was also huge, at times when I couldn't answer my phone my wife would shoot me a text in detail of everything larry told her. As well as an email from Larry as well. Definitely recommend, 10 stars. Thanks larry

And is patient when it comes to filling out the proper documention. Recently, I had trouble with a e-sign document. Mr. Diggs came to my house and fixed my computer so that I could complete the document signing. That's the kind of professional he is. He just showed me a property -- I made an offer right away.
