In almost every meeting, I could count on a salesperson to ask me "what's the secret to success?" To which I enthusiastically would reply..."ANSWER THE PHONE !!" There's Laurie Hardin, both literally and emotionally. She ANSWERED the phone 15 minutes before closing time, and then spent hours with us. After coaching us thru the offer process, she continued to ANSWER our questions...even before we had the opportunity to ask them! Throughout the process, she engaged Kim and myself to determine "where we were"...and empathically worked on our behalf. There was not a single day from offer to closing where she was not checking in with us. Truly an incredible agent, which led us to experience a comfortable transaction.
