Having lived in the Tri-Cities for most of her life, LeeAnn is a cornerstone of knowledge when it comes to the Tri-Cities housing market. Her patience and persistence allows her to carefully analyze what changes her clients might see in our region. Not only is she diligent in her research, she is a great listener who cares for her client's needs.
"I will do everything I can to help them purchase the home that they want and need," LeeAnn shared. "If I don't know the answer, I will find it."
Being able to help new clients learn what it takes to purchase their dream home is what makes LeeAnn love what she does. A natural teacher, she wants her clients to be thoroughly prepared and understand the home buying or selling process, every step of the way.
In her downtime, LeeAnn enjoys reading, collecting vintage glass, and cheering on her alma mater, Washington State University!
