Seller reviewMy condo at Lake Arrowhead is difficult to reach and not in demand during the Winter. I also wanted to sell it completely furnished to buyers looking for a second home in the mountains. Neighboring condos are in various states of maintenance and repair, making comparable pricing unclear. Linda surmounted these challenges and sold the property quickly. During that time Linda helped me purchase a property in Banning and sell my sister's and brother-in-law's home in Upland. Progress has been hampered by restrictions due to COVID-19 but we are now closing escrow on the Upland property - a win-win-win for all three.
