Linda is originally from Charlotte, NC. She lives with her longtime husband, Pete Hall and has a grown son who followed in her real estate footsteps. The joy of her life is her grandson, Kaleb, and her Golden Retriever Molly. Tragically, in August 2021, she lost her oldest grandson, Will, due to a car accident but he will always be in her heart.

Seller reviewThere is no one else I would teust to sell my home. Caroline did a great job pricing, marketing and selling my home! She answered any questions I had and ensured my home looked great for photos. It sold in less than a day!! She made everything easy and clear.

Buyer reviewOur decision to use Caroline McCarthy at Century 21 turned out to be a very good one. We interviewed several different Realtors months before we moved to the area but Caroline was the only one who consistently followed up with us. That excellent communication was consistent throughout our search and purchase process. She was a great sounding board as we considered different homes and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. Due to market conditions, our search took longer than we expected and Caroline was patient and understanding - wanting us to find the right home. We could count on her to follow through on requests and commitments. When we hit a few speed bumps close to the closing date, she helped us navigate through them. Even after closing, she was involved in some issues we had with the house - over and above her responsibilities. I would recommend Caroline without reservation.
