Linda is a true real estate professional and I always felt she had my best interest in mind. I appreciated her suggestions on various topics and took her advice on all of them. I know she was disappointed when the first offer/buyer cancelled the offer which shows her concern for me and my situation. As mentioned, this was my cousin's house and he passed away on September 11th, 2018 and Linda seemed to keep it a top priority to sell the property quickly for me! I would highly recommend Linda Peterson as your real estate professional. It was difficult for me to attend to some issues as I live in Minnesota and Linda did many details which could only be completed by someone at the house.
