Her knowledge and patience were crucial as she went over each of the offers with us and helped us secure the best deal to meet our needs, as we also had to find and secure our replacement property. Liz was able to handle a somewhat difficult and disorganized buyers agent and helped to keep us on track to close a day early, which allowed us to close on our dream home early as well. I could not recommend her services enough!
