She is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of selling a house. Her advice was always on the money. I sold my house for the asking price! Seller reviewExcellent is not enough to desribe Lorena Ramos. Superb, phenomenal, incredible...those are a bit more fitting. Lorena Ramos came in and we were immediately blown away by her compentence, commitment, proactiveness, and positive attitude. Our house found its buyer within 2 days, and within another 2 days, there was an offer. We got exactly what we asked for. We sold our house, not because Lorena passively let it happen, but rather, becuase Lorena Ramose actively made it happen.
