Seller reviewLourdes Almazan is a great realtor. Her drive and passion for her work is immediately evident. She worked diligently and communicated consistently with recommendations and any needed updates. We were able to move out-of-state, prior to the sale of our Chicago home, and it was only due to the excellent work and continued guidance that she provided to our family. We can't thank Lourdes Almazan enough for her professionalism and personal touch and we highly recommend her services!

Since we were out of state, she kept in contact with us and arranged multiple houses for us to view when we drove to the Chicago area. She did a thorough job of going through the houses with us and giving us an honest assessment of the pros and cons of the houses. She also understood our needs and would steer us to houses that would fit us best. We are glad we choose to go with Lourdes!

She has always answered every call or email no matter what questions or concerns I had and believe me I had alot of questions being a first time home buyer. Lourdes was very aware of what we needed in a home and what areas where best for us. She had great knowledge of the areas and if not sure she would do research on them.
