THE BROKER I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS SOMEONE WHO COULD MEET MY NEEDS AND PAY SPECIAL DETAIL TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. LUIS GARCIA DID EXACTLY THAT, THANK YOU LUIS FOR ALL YOUR HELP THROUGH THE PROCESS, SPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES WITH COVID-19. EVEN THO THE PROPERTY WAS IN PISMO BEACH, LUIS GAVE US VALUABLE INFORMATIONAL THAT WE NEEDED TO DETERMINE OUR PERCHES.HE GOT US THE COMPS AND PUT US IN TOUCH WITH THE PERSON WHO COULD EXPLAIN TO US IN FURTHER DETAIL OF RESTRICTIONS ON THE PROPERTY, AS TO WHAT WE COULD AND COULDN'T BUILT ON THE PROPERTY.
