He was able to get a sale for the property right away. I could have asked for an increase on the offer that was given however I just didn't want to risk loosing the buyer.

Luke has been on this journey with me for quite some time. I wanted to find the perfect home for me, in the neighborhood I wanted to live in and at the price I wanted to pay. Luke was extremely patient with me. He was so attentive to details with my non negotiables so he knew right away what properties would be best! The greatest thing about him is he'd ALWAYS show up at least 30 minutes prior to our scheduled tour and do a walkthrough to check everything out and give me his views on the property before I ever laid eyes on it! I was so comfortable with having him guide me and I trusted him wholeheartedly with given me the specs! I had selected plenty of properties that didn't work out. Luke sent me this one and I just didn't have faith that I'd get it. Luke calmed me down plenty of times when my anxiety got the best of me. I listened as he said "what's for you is for you"! We closed the deal and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else at the finish line with me!! Thank you for helping me!
