Seller reviewMy mother is 90 years old and has gotten to know Lydia Smith from visiting our office because I work for them. When it came time for her to sell her condo she wanted only Lydia to sell it for her and she did such an awesome job helping my Mom through the understanding process of doing so. My Mom's condo went into Pending status in 3 days and Lydia did a terrific job making sure my Mom was aware of everything. We had moved her into an Assisted Living place in the same town and Lydia would take paperwork to the place so as to not make it inconvenient for my Mom to have to be brought to the office. She even arranged to have the closing at the Assisted Living Place and that made her very happy indeed. My Mom is extremely hard of hearing and Lydia made sure my Mom understood everything that was being asked of her, during both the offer time and the closing time. You can really tell that Lydia has done her homework in all aspects of selling a property. If she didn't have the answer immediately she would get back to the buyers agent with the answer right away once she obtained the answer.
