She was also very Responsive and made sure to answer whatever questions we had. She also referred us to a fantastic mortgage lender and attorney which made our home buying experience go smoothly and helped us feel confident in closing on our forever home! We can't thank Maddie enough for everything ! We felt like Madalene was always friendly and able to calm our nerves in stressful situations. She was approachable and knowledgeable. Always kind and smiling. By the final weeks of our closing I consider Maddie to be like another friend who I will definitely recommend to future buyers/sellers!

Buyer reviewMadalene Sherman was very helpful throughout our home buying process, we looked at many homes and put in a handful of offers and it was a struggle with this market. When we reached out to Maddie about a house that we saw come on the market she went to research the listing and found that it was already taken off the market within hours of being posted. We were so disappointed, but Maddie was resilient and contacted the agent to get an idea of what happened. Fortunately, the listing wasn't removed because it was sold, and we were able to put in an offer that got accepted and finally have a house that we could continue to build our future in. Without Maddie's persistence in contacting the agent we believe that we wouldn't have had the chance to get our house at asking since if it went on the market, we would have been in another bidding war.
