Maggie Golubski is very professional, and informative. This is my first time purchasing a home, and she was very patient with my family and I. I appreciate her help throughout this entire process. This has been a long journey in the making and I never felt pressured or rushed into a decision. She kept me in line with deadlines and decisions that needed to be made. Maggie showed professionalism and very well organized. She kept in contact thru text,email and phone. Others did not. She made a second visit to property and that's what sold us on choosing her. She was "hungry". But she showed compassion knowing the situation of the home and what it meant to me. Wife and I were in total agreement when she left the house. That was a salty and we told her by Monday we would have a decision made. We actually phoned her a hour or so later and told her we wanted to go with her. We felt she presented a great proposal and why make her wait. We were not wrong. Maggie was on vacation with her family and stayed in contact every day with me. I actually had called Joan because I didn't want to bother her on vacation. But she finds out I talked to Joan and still gets involved and makes calls. The woman is a trooper. How could you ask for more? We really didn't want to bother her on vacation. She knew the attachment I had with this home. I honestly think if it wasn't for her and the talks we had I would of backed out of the deal a couple of times. Yes it was her job but she gave it a personal touch. She was more than a realtor she became my friend. I will never forget that. Joan was there when I did ask a question from her. She assured me anytime I needed her to ask away and she may good of her statement. Too many people just say I'll be there but when ya need them you can't reach them or takes forever to get reply. Not in Joan's case. Very professional and thorough. Also another one who put my mind at ease during a difficult time. Can't ask for anything more than that

Maggie was very insightful and knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and the details of contract negotiations. My husband and I were impressed at her expertise on how the industry works and she was very much spot on with every advice she provided. Maggie allowed us to make our own sound decision by providing us the best information to move forward with. Maggie is a go getter and about her business! She's on top of everything which made us want to ensure we were on top of things as well! Maggie is a family women but still made time to make it happen for us when we wanted to view a property! We were just in awe of her service and overall commitment! Maggie is the best and I will refer her to all of my friends and family! Maggie made this home buying experience exceptional! It was a knock out because of her! Maggie was very patient with us as we have taken her all across the various suburbs we were interested in! Maggie is very professional, polite, kind and timely! My husband and I trusted her with every advice because of the knowledge she had! Maggie was very accessible and flexible with our schedule! It was a true blessing that we ended up with her as our realtor!

I would definitely recommend and work with Maggie in the future. She is extremely professional and courteous. She is always available to ask questions and very easy to work with. She never made me feel pressured or rushed and understood my unique situation.
