Mandy Deal was Born and raised in Indianapolis, she has deep roots in Central Indiana and now resides in Carmel. After attending Indiana University in Bloomington, she worked in Corporate Housing which led to her love of Real Estate where she has served the Metropolitan Indianapolis real estate market and surrounding areas since 2018. With a unique background in corporate relocation and corporate housing and a lifelong connection to the real estate world-thanks to her father's career as a custom builder-Mandy brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping clients transition seamlessly into new homes or navigate the sale of their current ones. Mandy's expertise is backed by her avid research skills and her finger on the pulse of real estate trends, allowing her to provide clients with informed guidance and insight. Known for her tireless work ethic and dedication, she builds lasting connections and truly invests in finding each client a home that matches their lifestyle and aspirations. Beyond real estate, Mandy is committed to her community. She volunteers with Diversion Indy, a nonprofit addressing homelessness, and supports SVdP Indy in providing essential services to those in need. When she's not working or volunteering, Mandy enjoys quality time with her husband, children, and their dog, Paddington. Together, they love to explore new destinations, attend local festivals, and sample the area's newest restaurants.
