Manny was a great agent in selling our home. We had the property listed with another agent before Manny but the only two offers we received with the other agent were way below asking price. The agent before Manny recommend us in both occasions to accept the offer below asking price but we did not accept it. I have to say the other agent was charging me less commission than Manny but at the end my net amount I was getting was not enough and the service I was been provided with was one of the worst services, i.e. the other agent was very hard to get a hold, there was no professionalism at all and had a feeling the experience was not that good either. Our contract expired with the other agent but then we found Manny! His commission was a little higher than the agent before him but since the beginning with Manny we could see the type of service, experience and professionalism Manny was handling the sale of our property with. My property was on the market for a little over two week then we get a call from Manny letting us know he had a full asking price offer he needed to present to us, I could not believe it. Ones we opened up escrow there were a couple of issues we had with the buyer but Manny was there for us to bring a satisfying solutions to the problem. We can not say enough thanks to Manny for been there for us through the process of selling our home, for his total professionalism, the way he handle everything and for getting for us what we wanted to get for the sale of our property.
