Having a vacation rental we needed someone willing to work with out schedule and not fight us on that. Marguerita was awesome and not once had an issue with working around our schedule. We had even tried to sell previously with very little time or availability to show that she did wonderful working with. This time around things constantly changed and she worked with us making everything seemless. Being an active vacation rental Marguerita helped ensure the property was ready for guests after showings.
