Having lived in Florida for over 35 years, I've gained exceptional insight into the community and its thriving market trends. With my knowledge, experience, and expert negotiation skills, I've procured profitable properties for investors, helped first-time homebuyers, sold new construction, and assisted Veterans, among other experienced buyers. I've also listed bank-owned foreclosures and have dealt with many REOs. I've sold several properties, such as vacant lots, mobile homes, condos, townhomes, and bayfront, to commercial real estate.
