Seller reviewAs buyer and seller, I have worked with Mark on 4 real estate transactions through the years. He goes out of his way to be informative and helpful. For the most recent transaction I lived out of the area, so Mark was instrumental in preparing the property for sale, coordinating work crews and even doing some of the work himself. He is bilingual, which is just another one of his assets. He is dedicated and loyal to his clients. I trust Mark completely and recommend him highly.

I really appreciated his patience, never rushing us along, and never sweet-talking pros & cons at any step (how we felt when we bought for the first time in 2006). His diligence in helping carry out all of the inspections on the house was also invaluable. Mark was so thorough and involved in our country property's inspections, the seller's agent asked if Mark was a family relation! (Which he isn't) I can't imagine an agent being more on out side.
