Seller reviewI have been a Real Estate Broker in Denver Colorado for 39 years. I have been involved with starting three major companies here in Denver, all residential and sold two, the last one to Southebys. New Jersey Real Estate because the use of lawyers for most of the transaction after contract is a whole different animal than I am used to. It seems that the Brokers have little to no control as to what goes on after contract through closing. Mary Ellen did everything and more of what I asked her to do during the sale process and tried as best she could taking into consideration the system to keep me advised.This was an estate sale and with me being in Denver and the home being there made it difficult to stay on top of some issues. She was always willing to check on issues for me which gave me great peace of mind. I would be happy to have Mary Ellen as one of my Brokers here in Denver. As far as the Real Estate sales process in New Jersey goes, as a Broker, I would find that extremely frustrating to give up that much control of a transaction.
