We lived in Santa Fe, NM when we started our search and she would go to a property and FaceTime with us so that we could see the different properties. Over the time period that we worked on the purchase of our house we became friends and what a great compliment to a realtor to consider them a friend in addition to a great realtor.

We chose her because she produced the most accurate competitive analysis for the sale, and seemed more enthusiastic about selling the house than another realtor we spoke with. Through no fault of anyone involved, there were complications that arose during the sale (not unusual). Mary Sue was always there with us and dealt with all of it for us, in a professional manner. She really saved the sale at one or more points when it could have easily fallen apart. I would absolutely recommend her for any home sale in the area because she really knew the market and performed beyond our expectations when issues arose.
