Buyer reviewLOVE MaryAnn Ravally! She took me everywhere there was in the two towns I was looking into, until I was able to narrow down which community I wanted. Then several units there, until I found "the one". Helped find an area with a great school district, answered calls immediately, and when I ran into a few hiccups on my end, helped me out with them. With Maryann I felt like I knew her forever, and she wasn't just my realtor!! I would recommend Maryann due to her knowledge of the local areas, schools, attention to what YOU want, not just taking you somewhere because it's a listing, was on time for showings and kept open communication thruout the entire process, beginning to end. Like I said above. She made you feel like you've known her forever, and made what seemed to me like an never ending search for the right place, so much easier, especially since I was almost 2 hours away and not right there all the time!
