Personal Profile
Mason grew up in the western North Carolina mountains, developing a love for the outdoors and open spaces, and moved to Bozeman in 1999 to attend MSU. It wasn't long before Montana became home. After working at a local bicycle shop throughout college and beyond, she founded Alter Cycles, a bike shop and mercantile, in 2012 and continues to enjoy getting her hands dirty on occasion.
Mason likes to say that "Summers in Montana are the reason I still live here, even though I moved here to ski." Most weekends will find her exploring the bike trails and camping around SW Montana. A history buff, she's especially drawn to old mines and ghost towns across the area, always interested in people and their connections to a place.
Creating those connections to place and relationships with others are what drew her to real estate. Though helping people achieve their goals has always been her focus she's excited to bring that energy and creativity to this industry. With her keen skills of connection and relatability, combined with a fine eye for detail, she puts every effort into her work.
When not working or playing she serves as the board chair for Bridgercare, SW Montana's sexual healthcare and family planning clinic, a non-profit that just celebrated 50 years in the Gallatin valley.

Buyer reviewMason was very knowledgeable about the process of looking for home, identifying positive/negative aspects of properties I was interested in, providing information for personable and helpful mortgage company, generating buy/sell agreements, scheduling inspection, etc. Mason understood my wishes and limitations and was very conscientious about meeting those. Mason was extremely helpful in navigating the entire process of finding a suitable property, making offer, following through with ammendments to buy/sell, scheduling inspection and bringing the entire process to completion. I purchased this property remotely as investment property for my daughter and family to occupy. I have been wanting to do this for years, but with Mason's help, this dream was able to become a reality. I truly appreciate all Mason's effort and hard-work required to make this dream come true. I hope to be working with Mason again in future to find a place for myself back to come home to MT.
