Personal Profile
Growing up in the town of Jay, Vermont, has given me a deep appreciation for all the Northeast
Kingdom has to offer. Surrounded by mountains and with so many beautiful lakes and ponds in the area,
it is easy to enjoy the variety found in the four seasons.
I graduated from UVM in 2008 with degrees in political science and psychology. After graduation, I
returned to the Northeast Kingdom to settle in Derby with my family, which now includes a bunch of
kids and a golden retriever. My family enjoys snowmobiling in the winter, we golf and play softball, and
take full advantage of living on Lake Memphremagog, where we swim, boat, and fish in the warmer
months, and when the lake freezes over, the kids like to ice skate and drill a hole in the ice in search of
any fish that will bite! We also like spending time on the bike path nearby.
For the past 15 years I worked with a great team to protect our community's children, and I continue to
work on special projects for the Vermont Children's Alliance. I have always been interested in real
estate, so after considering all the aspects, I decided it was the right time to pursue a career in
real estate. I love the remodeling and design process, and I can see the potential in all types of
properties. I will use my previous experiences to build trusting relationships with my clients and help
them to discover what they truly want in a home or what they need when selling their property.

Buyer reviewWorking with Meg was a relief! My fiance and I felt pressure to find the perfect home with a small budget as our family was soon to grow. She never gave up on us or made us feel like our wants & needs were too much with our budget. Meg always had our best intentions in mind and stood in our corner, having our backs. She was easy to talk to and answered all our silly first-time homebuyer questions!

Buyer reviewMeg Gyles was very kind, helpful, and easy to work with. She has superlative knowledge of the housing market in northeast Vermont and was very familiar with the historical style of the home we bought. We'd recommend her to anyone!

Buyer reviewMeghan Gyles was great to work with and I would use her again in the future. She was prompt, informative, helpful, honest, and pleasant. She makes a stressful situation of buying a little easier knowing she's got your back. I hope that the Navy Federal Credit Union's RealtyPlus Program continues using Meghan so that they can put other customers in safe and knowledgeable hands.
