Melissa was very helpful from the first contact. While we lived out of state she was always to provide us information even though we weren't ready to buy. Because of this we contacted her alone when we were ready to buy. Melissa was very patient answering questions and following up on our requests during the sale. My requirements for proper documentation and validation were above average and she always responded in a positive manner. We would definitely use her in the future. Given the fast pace of the local market there was pressure meeting the closing date. As Melissa had referred all services it was coordinated and went as well as could be expected. The important point is that we received the keys to the house on time at the closing date! Melissa took the sale personally and always held our satisfaction as her first priority. We believe we have met our first friend in Gulfport.
