Specifically, she went above and beyond to provide deep insight on local schools for our 5 and 7y/o. She knew all the nuances of traffic patterns, house builders, basement remodels, houseing market trends/cycles, etc, etc, etc...we couldn't be more impressed. We are now sitting in our dream home. Buyer reviewWe are first time home buyers and didn't know what we didn't know. Fortunately, Meredith was there to hold our hand through the process. We had selected a home that we thought would be a good fit, but Meredith was able to prevent us from making that mistake by helping us explore the other options available; doing so against her own interests as the home we had initially selected would have paid a higher buyer's agent commission. Meredith was very responsive, was involved in every e-mail chain, and was present at every meeting. Her advice during this stage went beyond home buying steps; being able to tap into her own life experience for questions ranging from home networking to life with pets. Further, her choice inspector caught a number of defects that we had missed with our home, and her suggested lender allowed us to shave a couple percentage points off our interest. We've heard countless horror stories from friends and family about buying a home, but Meredith made it easy.
