Seller reviewMichael co- brokered a rental for my property who was misrepresented and caused me a lot of problems. Michael was always there to help me deal with the tenants transgressions. He went overboard to help me with every problem. My sale was actually carried on while I was in Florida.Michael went to great lengths to avoid me having to fly up and do many activities. He replaced my smoke detectors, added the carbon detector, had my furniture removed and made my condo move in condition so the buyers were very satisfied. And so was I.l don't think anyone else would have gone to the trouble he did to smooth out all the bumps on the way. He was fantastic!!!! If I had more property I would have him in a moment ,and will recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.you're lucky to have him.
