Buyer reviewI was called by MANY agents from many different companies when I put my house for sale by owner. But for some reason when Mike called I just really enjoyed talking to him and liked what he said. He sounded very confident about being able to sell our house at a good price. Prior to him calling we actually had met with another Century 21 agent that recommended selling our house at a MUCH lower price than what we felt it was worth. Mike had a completely different point of view and that is why we decided to work with him. He worked hard to sell our house and gave us advice, but at the end of the day reminded us that it was our decision. He remained patient and confident about selling. It wasn't long before we had a contract and our house was sold! He also did some major work to quickly get us into a new house in record time! Mike was always in our corner and taking care of us. I knew that we were in good hands.
