Professional

I owned and operated a residential and commercial services company, serving Valley and Adams Counties for 19 years. Additionally, I owned and operated a property management company for several years, which catered to the needs of investment property owners. I transitioned to working full-time in real estate in 2004 and have been serving the McCall area for the past 17 years. I represent buyers and sellers and strongly believe that every transaction should fully meet the needs and expectations of everyone involved. I have helped many buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, from remote off-grid cabins to beautiful waterfront properties. I also believe in building a long-term partnership and readily make myself available to assist my clients, even after closing.

My additional professional experience is in the legal field. I currently provide paralegal services pro-bono, under the direction of several attorneys, assisting non-profit organizations with legal matters pertaining to property ownership documentation.

Personal

My family and I have been full-time residents of McCall for 36 years. I fell in love with the McCall area in 1969 when my parents vacationed in the area. Years later, I returned with my wife Linda, and we made McCall our home. We were blessed with two daughters that grew to appreciate the mountain lifestyle. I look forward to introducing my 3 beautiful grandchildren to all the wonderful experiences the McCall area has to offer.

I am a volunteer with an international disaster relief group and have had the privilege of helping people rebuild their lives after natural and man-made disasters. From loading supplies on relief trucks after the Teton Dam burst here in Idaho to rebuilding homes in Puerto Rico after a devastating hurricane season it has been very satisfying to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
