When my fiancé and I were starting the process of purchasing our first home together, we were fortunate enough that a friend's referral led us to Michaela Mummert. As two young adults, who had no experience in house hunting or owning property, we had very little understanding of what went into the process. Michaela was incredibly helpful from our first meeting with her and explained just enough information upfront, so that we would know the timeline and what to expect along the way, but not too much detail as to overwhelm us on Day 1. She was incredibly attentive and always made sure that herself, or her co-worker Amber Castles (and sometimes both - a great and super fun team!), were available to take us to showings, open houses, or respond to emails. Michaela whole-heartedly had our best interest in mind, and really made sure to take the time to understand what we wanted and what would make us happy. Even at times when I was discouraged about options within our budget, she would take the time to send me houses she found and expressed her thoughts on them, which ultimately led us to our new home! Michaela made the process of making offers and signing contracts a breeze, especially for a couple with very busy work schedules! Going into the process I thought I would be very overwhelmed, but Michaela made sure to make everything easy and less stressful on our end, and she never laughed at my novice questions. She will make the process of purchasing or selling your next home quick, easy, and the fact that she is so personable and friendly will only add to your experience.
