I am a longtime resident of Montrose. My husband and I have raised our three kids here and now we have grandchildren as well. I have been involved in real estate both personally and then professionally for over 25 years. I love helping both buyers and sellers take the next step in their home ownership. I enjoy every aspect of the process and I do my best to walk my clients through it with as little trouble as possible. Education and negotiation experience is important and I keep myself updated with the market. I make sure my clients understand what we are doing - when, how, and why. This makes for a much smoother and successful transaction. I put my clients first and often make great friendships along the way. Being in real estate isn't easy but I know it's worth it when I get to hand over the keys to the biggest smiles ever.
