I am very pleased with Mike. Mike was very professional, listened to our wants and needs, had LOTS of patience with all of the different properties that we wanted to see and like many buyers, the property that we finally arrived at buying was nothing like what we started out looking for. Mike was always up for showing us a new property and did a great job in presenting our offers and counter offers and even negotiating things we needed to carry the purchase to completion.
