Seller reviewMike was consistently excellent in providing feedback post-showings. He was on top of the very fast changes in the market and was very logical and sensible in price changes and advertising needs. He was responsive and could not have been more professional, courteous, and knowledgable.

Buyer reviewMike, Jenna and I have had several closings last year and one so far in 2017. Mike and Jenna are helpful always, even after the close. I have learned a great deal from Mike and value his opinion when purchasing or selling properties. Mike, has observed who I am as a buyer and seller and knows I like to think things over before making a decision. Mike will go over the facts and the what ifs in the situation and then he gives me time to think (which is usually over night) and then is supportive of my decision.

Seller reviewIn the current Merriam-Webster's dictionary, superlative, in its adjective form, is defined: as of, relating to, or constituting the degree of grammatical comparison that denotes an extreme or unsurpassed level or extent. I personally find that word as the most convenient and accurate descriptor of Mike as a relator, father and person. It is my personal and professional recommendation that he be considered as representation in any real estate transaction. Mike helped with the sale of my mom's house. I cannot stress enough how much easier Mike and Jenna make the process. ....and he's not a bad golfer either.
