We used Mike Johnson in 2021 when we moved to Gulf Breeze. Since we were moving from Virginia and buying strictly electronically, only available online or by phone, we were relying on his expert advice. We were so pleased with his caring personality knowledge and professionalism that it only made sense that we would call Mike when we wanted to move back to VA. We called Mike one afternoon and he came to our home the following morning! He is one brilliant realtor. Not only is he up on the market and current listings, he's very caring, sensitive to our needs and so easy to contact. Answers in 1st ring if available or calls back very quickly. WE LOVE MIKE!! Mike went above and beyond on every aspect of our purchase. Being out of state buyers, he made sure to send multiple videos, FaceTime videos and photos of every detail of the home. Communication was a breeze since he made us feel like a complete priority We can't recommend Mike enough!

We were shopping for our new home from out of state, Mike was extremely helpful in sending us properties to consider based on our needs and wants. We also were on a very tight time line having sold our home in 4 days after it was listed. Mike was available for showings when we were able to make trips from Arkansas to Florida on our time schedule. Mike also helped us with dialog and timing issues with Builder/seller and title company. Mike was helpful in local knowledge recommending restaurants while we were staying in the area.
