We were SOLD immediately! But Mike Swan answered all my texts in less than one minute. ( We obviously bought this house sight unseen. Only the pics from Realtor.com and the FaceTime video.) Mr. Swan took an interest from the start and helped to temper my expectations in the housing that I should be looking for. After discussing a number of options we looked at the first location (Quitman) and from the outside it was a wonderful fit. However from the inside it was a problem. The second house again was a great fit, a little more in price (but do-able) and did not need the extensive repairs of the first location. He helped with the mortgage and closing process. A very knowledgeable, helpful, positive person. Thanks!
