I relocated to the Crystal Coast in 1997 from Greensboro, NC. My family has always vacationed at the Crystal Coast, and it was a natural fit for myself and my son to call Morehead City home! It was the best thing we ever did, and we have loved every minute of our lives here. My passion is to be able to bring this experience to others. Buyer reviewBuying a house long distance is extremely difficulty. I have had the pleasure of working with Missy Gaskill for over a year to find my forever home. As I began looking for my house, the high interest rates and low supply hit, so it took much longer than I had hoped. Through months of uncertainty, Missy maintained communication, pointed out properties that "checked off my boxes", and eventually helped me get my house!! I could not have done it without her. Her knowledge of the area was so important throughout the purchase! If I didn't have Missy helping me from the area, I wouldn't have my house today.
