Buyer reviewAn out of state move creates stress all around. And this was no different. In addition, the results of the home inspection revealed a big problem. But, we loved the property and Nathan expertly navigated the transaction, holding our hand through it all. We never felt pressured or like we were bothering him during the entire process. Nathan's strong work ethic and morale fiber ensured that we didn't just get a house but, we got the right house for us. Nathan was outstanding during the purchase phase of the process. Any questions or things that we didn't understand, he explained it and made sure we confident in signing paperwork. On several occasions, Nathan "went to bat" for us and made sure that everything was right for us. Nathan was truly an a strong advocate for us. Nathan was exceptional through the whole process.
