Buyer reviewNeil has extraordinary experience and knowledge of local markets and home buying in general. This alone would be excellent, but he's also got a great attitude, patience, and is always in good humor. He's fun to look at homes with and always has an insider secret to share. We also sold a house with Neil and had full listing price offers in the first 48 hours and we're closed in less than a month later. In my opinion, Neil Walton is the best agent to have on your team buying or selling in Colorado.
