Just an all around great experience!

We had lived in our house for 50 years, so after having the house for sale with no activity, which we felt was due to high interest rates, we took it off the market and decided to wait for the following spring. We received a few mailings from other realtors soliciting their service but with no follow-up. Nikki stopped at our house introduced herself and encouraged us to consider putting the house back on the market instead of waiting for spring. She explained why she thought that was a good idea and said she would work for us to sell the house, but at the same time, she did not pressure us to make a decision. Over the next few weeks, she followed up with a card and phone calls. We liked her subtle determination and listed the house with her. She immediately took new photos to show off the best features of our home. She went out of her way to visit our neighbors and touched base with us often with suggestions and price adjustments, always leaving the final decision to us. Nikki was always encouraging and patient explaining the process as we went through the sale. We felt she worked hard on our behalf to sell our home and we would recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell their home.
