Seller reviewI consider myself super fortunate to have selected Tony Picillo as my realtor. He went way beyond in what I was expecting. I was at a daunting disadvantage- living in Utah and having zero contacts in Ft Wayne. I was going to have to do everything remotely to sell my sister's house. He helped me every step of the way- from yard care to home repairs to helping me understand the process of finding the right buyer for this property. His knowledge of the industry gets more apparent with time. I'm not exaggerating- He works hard at taking care of the things that need to happen! All I can say is- Tony took great care of me from the beginning to the closing. You should reach out and give him a chance to do that with you.

Buyer reviewIt's a tough buyers market. Gina worked with us for months trying to find a property to suit our specific needs. We had a deal fall through (our choice.) Never did I feel rushed or pressured to go through with it even though Gina did a lot of work to try to make it happen. Her knowledge on ever single aspect of buying a home was seriously amazing to me. I appreciate all the hard work she did for us in finding our home in this tough market. I can not imagine there is anyone out there that would work harder for you.
