Our sales process was like a walk in the park. Obie had each step of the sale timed perfectly. From the flyer, to the pictures, to the open house, and negotiations with the buyers Obie performed like the professional that he is. Several my daughters are brokers and agents. Because of the latter I have been exposed to the intricies of real estate transactions. Obie is the most technically knowledgeable agent I have ever known. That coupled with his sincere interest in the client makes it very easy to give Obie an unqualified recommendation. He was also our agent for the purchase of our new home.
