After running my own successful Direct Marketing agency for 13 years, and working as a marketing executive for some well-known companies for 10 years prior to that, I firmly believe that success for my Real Estate clients requires the same STRATEGIC and targeted MARKETING approach.
When the opportunity presented itself to move into real estate full time, I realized how imperative it was for a REALTOR to have exceptional marketing and NEGOTIATION skills in order to effectively serve their clients. I am now an ASSOCIATE BROKER and have built a successful referral-only business.
I have lived in the north Atlanta suburbs since 1995 and know and love the area well. I have two boys that went through the Forsyth County Schools, and are now young men and considerably taller than me! This is home.

However, because of Pam Evans & our family, our move turned out to be much smoother and quicker than we ever expected. Besides that, she placed almost daily phone calls to either our daughters or us to check on the process & give us professional help as we 80ish Seniors needed.
