She went above and beyond to show us a wide variety of properties and made sure we had access and plenty of time to walk through and around each one. With us out of state, Pati took care of making the inspection happen, got the contracts to us even with the seller's agent out of the country, and put us in touch with the title company for the closing. She was outstanding! In rating her qualities, Pati excelled in all of the above and more. With my sister and me in two different states, neither of which is Michigan, Pati was still extremely responsive and took care of everything we needed. I would recommend Pati Bekken to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in her area.
