Seller reviewPatricia Piepul goes above and beyond for her clients! From our initial conversation, right through to the closing, she was there for me. She did not consider her job done once the contract was signed. Several challenges arose during the pre-closing process, and she navigated all of them superbly and got everyone successfully to the closing table. Without her representing me, I don't know if the closing would have even happened. She actively communicated with me on every matter. Her dedication, knowledge of the market and ability to work the closing process is invaluable.
