Buyer reviewI reached out to Pat knowing that I would be getting an agent who both I was already working closely with but also someone that I inherently knew I could trust to fight strongly for my best interests on the buyers end. Pat had extensive local connections that were able to provide great prices and quality for insurance, home inspection, etc.. Even while dealing with a difficult seller, Pat was able to guide and facilitate in a superb negotiation. After an initial high bid, we were able to bring the homes price down far below asking price (mind that this was in a hot sellers market too). Overall, Pat Papuga was a great agent to have representing me in the homebuying process and a valuable team member. It was a pleasure to work with him.
