I know from purchase on one of my property ftom him. Paul is the the best agent I have come across. He not just sell you a home and walk away or leave, he stays with you for ever. I purchase a house last year from Paul and did not know where my title was for a very important transaction. My lawyer told me I would not get it ftom Paul. I told him Paul is not just a sales person who sell a house and never answer his customer call or email. When Paul answer my lawyer could not belive it. Paul get that title for me in less than 8 hrs.. I my purchasing another home ftom that we are look to close very soon. Paul is the best any one need a good sale man when buying a hone Paul is the best. He his going to give you his best advice on the property because he represents like he was the one being that home. You can't get better than that.

Paul Szostek is an amazing Realtor and someone I would happily recommend to any and ALL family or friends. He did such a fantastic and thorough job while showing us homes. We live out of state and therefore couldn't visit any of the locations we were interested in in person, but Paul walked us through on video calls and made sure to arrive at locations early to get a close look at the homes and neighborhoods as if he were the potential buyer. He was always completely transparent about any issues or faults he found with either the home, property, or neighborhood, and made sure to look for these for us so that we knew what we'd be getting into with each property. Paul was always very available and responsive made sure we were taken care of even on the rare occasion he was on vacation. During the middle of closing on our house, the seller died and Paul did a great job navigating the unknowns of that situation to make sure the needs of the sellers family were met while helping us move forward in the process. He was very friendly the whole time and did such a good job helping us find a place we are really excited about. I would 100% use him again in the future.
