Seller reviewAs someone selling a property from a distance, it was critical to have a team locally that knew the market, knew the area and was someone I felt I could trust. Paula and her team met those criteria with flying colors. They helped to set realistic expectations for the sale, sought out the right buyers and did everything possible to expedite the sales process. Couldn't ask for a better broker in my opinion!

Seller reviewPaula has great knowledge of the area and the community which helped facilitate communication between the seller, the buyer, and the HOA. This made for a streamed lined and stress-free transaction. Additionally, she's very organized and knowledgeable about real estate law. And she has a referral list of reputable, tradesmen and contractors that do excellent work. She even facilitated the improvements that needed to be done post inspection. You won't find a more ethical realtor around here. I highly recommend Paula for your real estate needs.

She was so helpful from day one and all the way through the closing. When there was a problem she took care of it immediately. It was amazing all she did to make the sale happen and with no delay. She is truly my Super Woman! Enjoyed working with Paula very much Paula Curran gave 110 % she did a wonderful job.
