Rachel was constantly in contact with me to either give me information and advice or just checking in to let me know where things stood. I have never dealt with a more professional agent. Rachel referred me to a title company for the closing process and the company was highly competent and easy to deal with. Rachel obviously makes recommendations for those in her own image, so I was not surprised at how professional and easy the closing company was to work with. I don't know how it could have been any better or any easier. I was and am completely satisfied with all elements of this sale to highly qualified buyers which helped me achieve 97% of the listed price. THANK YOU RACHEL!!
