Most important her trust worthiness, caring, a good listener, and portrayed herself as a true professional keeping us informed throughout the whole process of selling our home. We put our home up for sale on Tuesday April 16, 2019, Radica held the one and only open house that Saturday April 20. On Monday April 22, she had a firm offer for us. That was it. Radica so impressed us that on July 21, 2019, and without hesitation, we signed a new contract with her to sell our other house. To employ her services so quickly again and without hesitation, speaks volumes and is the strongest testimony as to who Ridica Singh is as a Realtor. In today's world of Real Estate, you will not meet a more Honest, Trust Worthy and Hard Working Realtor as Radica. How lucky and fortunate we were to have found her.

To give you an idea how well she performed, I must start from the beginning and tell you the whole truth. I asked her to sell my house in six months, then I took three weeks of her time getting the house in order before she could even show it. Well three weeks later my house was sold how's that for efficiency!?! In my opinion, no one could have done better, I got the price I wanted, with the greatest courtesy anyone could have asked for. I owe her everything! There is simply no one better at her job. Bar none. Respectfully John Lloyd

Radica Singh stayed dedicated and worked hard in the 2+ years needed to sell the apartment. Even with having to cope with a malicious Coop Board ,she remained dedicated and worked very hard for 2+ years.

Radica Singh was an excellent broker to work with. She priced my house correctly, which led to multiple offers. My house was sold in 1 week! Radica is a professional who handled all communications so I wasn't overwhelmed. She is experienced, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Radica Singh.
