Whether you are looking to downsize or upgrade your home, I am here to serve you! I serve the greater Nashville area plus Hendersonville, Gallatin, Franklin and Clarksville/Fort Campbell (I do have base access!). I have been in real estate since 2017 and it is truly my calling. I love helping people move on to the next stage of their lives, regardless of what that looks like. Experienced in luxury, acreage, fixer upper, traditional, vacation properties and VA/Military.

Being a US Army veteran myself, I understand the difficulties that can come with military moves and transitioning out. I like to make the buying and selling experience as fun as possible, but have done my share of delicate situation transactions (divorce, family death). Out-of-state buyers are welcome, as I can live chat with you on showings, and tour places for you to make sure they meet your minimum requirements. Spouse on deployment on the other side of the world? No problem! I have no issues taking their calls at 3am or video chatting them so they can stay part of things.

Educating clients is a big part of my career. Buyers and sellers should understand the entire process, that way they cannot be taken advantage of. I am more than happy to schedule education events at base, schools, hospitals, offices, etc. I will bring a lender with me to explain the entire financing process as well! There are a lot of down payment assistance programs, hero programs, and doctor programs out there. We will help you find what works best for you and gets in a house you love.
